Ugh! I’ve fallen out of my eating schedule. More than anything, this is what contributes to my weight. No amount of cardio works, but the moment I eat better the lbs just fall away. I went cold turkey with my diet changes the first time and think my id rebelled a bit, which is why I went rogue. That and failure to plan. Gonna try to make room for occasional sanctioned cheats so I don’t feel deprived of other foods. Sweets aren’t the problem.
